I had a gut feeling this was going to take a while, but support actually got back to me really quickly. They understood the issue and got it sorted without any hassle. Overall, it just felt easy and reassuring

Not gonna lie, I’ve had my IQAir for a few months now and overall I’m happy with it. It definitely feels like the air in my place is cleaner, so I still use it every day. The only downside is the noise. On the low setting it’s totally fine and I barely notice it, but once you turn it up higher, it can be loud if you’re trying to sleep or watch TV. I just wish the fan was a bit quieter. Still a solid purifier, so I’d give it 4 stars

I’ve been using my IQAir for a while now, i kept thinking, okay, when am I going to have to replace this filter and how painful is that going to be? But the filter life has been better than I expected. The replacements aren’t exactly cheap, sure, but since I’m not swapping them out all the time, it feels a lot more reasonable. Finding the right filter on the site was straightforward too, which I appreciated because I really didn’t want to guess and order the wrong one. Overall, not the cheapest thing, but for how long they last, I’m fine with it.

I opened the app and it just connected without any hassle!! So far, it’s been working well for me.

I’ve been using it for a bit and the readings line up with my other monitor, so it seems spot on. No complaints yet, just hoping it keeps...

The product itself worked fine enough, nothing amazing but not terrible, but dealing with the warranty return was such a pain because I had to email them more than once and kept getting different answers from different people and it just dragged on way longer than it should have. It eventually got sorted out, so it wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but I definitely expected the process to be smoother.

This thing feels sturdy and well made right out of the box. It has a nice solid feel to it, not cheap or flimsy at all. I’m always a little skeptical about customer service if something goes wrong, so I’m glad it seems built well enough that I probably won’t need to deal with them.

I ordered from IQAir and overall the shipping went smoothly. The tracking updated like it should, and the box showed up in good condition. It did get here about 2 days later than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a huge deal

I ordered mine from iqair.com, and the whole process was simple. The website was easy to move around, and I found what I needed without having to search forever.

Getting it set up was much easier than I expected. It probably took me around 10 minutes, and the instructions actually made sense, which I appreciated. There were no strange steps or confusing app issues.
Using it every day has been smooth so far too. The buttons are clear, the settings are simple, and I do not really have to think about it much. I am very happy with it so far.

Picked up an IQAir for our living room it does the job. It cuts down on dust and random smells, and after a few hours the air feels way fresher. Only downside is the filters are kinda pricey, so I’d give it 4 stars. Still, solid overall
